1. *...... so easy*
It is very easy to place an order on our website. Simply fill in the online form and submit it. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions do not hesitate to contact our service team, who are at your disposal.
2.*...... so fast*
The delivery time is - unless agreed otherwise - normally 2 to 10 working days. Delivery times are non-binding but we are keen to keep to them. If the delivery time is exceeded, however, you the customer shall not be entitled to claim for damages. In the case where the goods or services are unavailable we will let you know right away.
3.*...... so fair*
We want you to be happy with our goods and services. Therefore, we allow you a 14- day cooling-off period for returning your order. Within this period you can return the purchased product without giving reasons. The contract with us is not effective until the expiration of the 14-day deadline.
The deadline starts with receipt of the goods.
4.*...... something wrong*
Complaints have to be reported to us directly on receipt of your delivery. We offer you a warranty period of 2 years on our goods. Should something be wrong, you have the right to receive an alternative free of charge. Either we repair the delivered article (subsequent improvement) or we replace it partly or completely (subsequent delivery). Should the fault still not be rectified, then you can choose either to cancel the contract or to receive a reduction on the purchase price.
5.*...... so easy to pay*
All our prices shown on this website include VAT. Payment can be effected by credit card or advance payment.
Our customers in Germany have the opportunity to choose between two payment options

Please note:
If you have paid in advance and indicated a desired delivery date, we need to show the receipt of the payment on our account at least one week before the delivery date of the shipment. Only in this way we can deliver your Club Mistral product to you smoothly and on time.

6.*...... reservation of proprietary rights*
Our goods remain our property until final payment is made. Should the purchased article be returned within the above mentioned cooling off period, payments already made will be fully refunded. If the returned goods are damaged or have signs of wear, we reserve us the right to claim for damages.
7.*...... delivery charges*
Within Germany, we pay the main part of the delivery charges for you. For your order you pay only a proportionate delivery charge of € 4.90 for postage and packing.
Within other EU countries we charge € 10.00 for postage and packing.
Outside Germany and the EU countries we charge € 18.50 for postage and packing. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duties and tariffs in his/her own country
8.*...... transport damage*
Transport damage, which is obvious at delivery, has to be reported within 24 hours by email to shop@club.mistral.com or by fax to +49 881 925 49 69. If the complaints are accepted, Club Mistral will arrange for subsequent improvement or exchange.
9.*...... general*
All sales and deliveries are subject to German law.
By placing an order the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions.
The provision of our goods in terms of price , quantity, delivery methods is subject to alteration.

If you have any questions concerning you order which has not yet arrived, please send an email to shop@club-mistral.com, with your telephone number and we will call you back right away. Please give as much detail as possible to accelerate the process.

If an ordered article is out of stock, we will inform you within 24 hours on working days.
Delivery time
Within Germany delivery time is between 2 and 10 working days. Orders, which have been placed on weekends or public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
We aim to dispatch the ordered article(s) as soon as possible, but there might, however, be delays which are beyond our control.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If there are any delays, which are beyond our control, then sadly we cannot accept complaints over late deliveries.

Minimum order value
The minimum order value is € 20.
Domestic dispatch
We charge € 10 for postage and packing to all addresses.
International dispatch
For deliveries to foreign countries we reserve us the right (depending on the destination and the desired way of delivery) to charge delivery costs independent of the order value. They can be requested in advance.

After having received the invoice
- by bank transfer to our account
- by sending a crossed cheque

The purchase price is due and payable in full after having received the invoice, no discount applies. If the invoice has not been settled within 14 days after receipt of the invoice, then we reserve the right to charge interest 5 per cent above the respective base rate until the payment is made in full.
Right of withdrawal and return
You can withdraw your order either in written form or by directly returning the goods within 14 days after receipt without giving any reasons. The 14 day period starts with the day of receipt of goods. To comply with this deadline it is sufficient to return the articles on time. (§§ 312 d, 355 BGB - German Civil Code)

You can pay by credit card - we accept Visa/MasterCard/American Express - or by direct debit.
What happens with my details?
We will not share your details with other parties. Your details are private and you should not receive any unsolicited emails from third parties. We at Club Mistral would very much like to keep you in the loop on products and services which we think might be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive this info, please let us know that you want to unsubscribe from the mailing list and we will remove your details.
Warranty
Complaints should be made with us directly after having received the delivery. We offer you a warranty period of 2 years on our goods. Should anything be faulty in the materials or in the manufacturing of those materials, then you have the right to a full and complete refund.

Return
